When will the winner get the prize?

We always call or email the winners within 24 hours after the draw to let them know the good news. If we can get confirmation of delivery details back from the winner in a reasonable time the prize typically arrives within 5-10 working days of the draw.

When will I receive my instant win prize?

You will get an email from the team to arrange shipping / credited your vouchers! However, if the competition is running for over a week, we check every Monday to send all winners their prizes earlier. Good luck!

Can the winner take cash to equivalent value instead?

We can offer cash alternatives on all grand prize wins and instant wins only over £250 in value. The total cash alternative will be the product retail price less VAT (20%).
