Provably Fair Competition
Before ticket sales begin, the instant win positions are generated at random and sealed, so nobody knows which tickets will win them. The method for picking any grand prize winner is sealed too, but that winner can't be known until the competition closes. The fingerprint below was published before sales, so nothing can be changed without it showing.
