You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and
(iv) your chosen competition.

Is this a scam?
Nope. We understand the āskill based competitionā model is a new format for many, which makes many skeptical. The truth is there are several companies doing the same thing with prizes ranging from houses and cars to sports equipment and holidays. To make you feel extra confident in us we have a winners page which includes links to the live draws on Facebook they were announced in. We also have a Trustpilot page for reviews from anyone who wants to give a review. Granted people who win are more inclined to review and say they love it (they won after all!) but we still have plenty of folk who are simply pleased with our human and swift support.
Why is the prize only worth half the total ticket sale value?
We get it. Youāve looked at the ticket price and total tickets available, done a quick calculation and compared it to the prize and thought āWhat a rip offā right? We can understand your initial point of view. However, after you factor in VAT, ecommerce transaction fees, advertising costs, postage, insurance and a host of other business overheads; we can assure you that the profit isnāt quite what you first thought. We also offer amazing discounts and promos so the tickets are often bought for less than the full price. Weāre very transparent about the odds people have when they enter to ensure there is no hidden catch. Weāve had some thrilled winners who have won prizes they couldnāt afford for as little as Ā£1.99 and most come back to play again!
How are you able to get hold of items that arenāt on sale anywhere?
Weāre no different to anyone else really apart from the fact we probably spend more time looking! We keep a close eye on various sites and especially stock alert sites which notify of when stock for certain products gets added. We do have a relationship with some suppliers who help from time to time but generally itās a lot of hours spent checking the same list of sites.
What happens if you donāt sell all the tickets?
We will never change the date for a draw or substitute prizes for a lower cash alternative. So first and foremost it means better odds for you if we donāt sell out! We proceed with the draw as normal and randomly select the winning numbers in the same way, leaving unsold ticket numbers blank. If the number drawn has not been sold we will keep repeating the process until a number that has been allocated to a participant is drawn.
How do I know how many tickets have been sold?
The number of remaining tickets is shown as āstockā. To work out the number of tickets already sold you can just deduct the stock from the total tickets available.
How many tickets am I allowed to purchase?
The total tickets available for each participant is capped at 20% per competition.
How are the winning numbers selected?
We do all our draws live on Facebook and use Googleās Random Number generator to select the winning number. All our previous draws are available to watch on our Facebook page and are linked on the winners page on our website.
Can the winner take cash to equivalent value instead?
In most cases weāre happy to do so. The total cash alternative will be the product retail price less VAT (20%).
When will the winner get the prize?
We always call or email the winners within 24 hours after the draw to let them know the good news. If we can get confirmation of delivery details back from the winner in a reasonable time the prize typically arrives within 5-10 working days of the draw.
When will I receive my instant win prize?
You will get an email from the team to arrange shipping / credited your vouchers! However, if the competition is running for over a week, we check every Monday to send all winners their prizes earlier. Good luck!m
